What you will do: - Shape Henkel’s Digital Research and Development Platform within a scaled agile environment. - Leverage Azure DevOps to establish clear standards that strengthen the team’s shared understanding of product goals and user stories. - Guide the team by visualizing progress and ensuring transparency toward sprint goals. - Act as a servant leader who supports the team and stakeholders, aligning people, processes, and tools while resolving conflicts. - Support and coach the Product Owner and development team to deliver customer value. - Foster a collaborative, motivated, and focused team culture focused on product goals and continuous improvement. - Invest in your own career through training, development programs, and internal mobility.
