We are seeking a Senior Product Designer for a 12-month maternity cover to join the Neighbourhoods team in a live, embedded design role. Neighbourhood working represents a major shift in NHS care, and you’ll have real influence over the problems we solve as priorities evolve. You’ll hit the ground running on in-flight work in a complex domain with support, contribute to a developing roadmap, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and User Research to deliver at pace. You’ll work with clinicians to identify and resolve real problems, shape end-to-end experiences across teams, and contribute to the Pulse design system. You’ll ensure a clean handover at the end of the contract with documentation and rationale. You should apply if you have 2–3 years’ experience at Senior Product Designer level, strong human-centered design skills, systems thinking, and the ability to scope ideas with stakeholders. You should be comfortable integrating into an existing team, open to using AI tools in your workflow, and ideally have healthcare exposure. What’s in it for you?
