VÆRIDION is seeking a Team Lead, Airborne Electronics to guide the development of airborne electronic hardware for the propulsion battery system of our all-electric CS-23 aircraft. This leadership role oversees the design, development, integration, and verification of electronic systems for battery management, high-voltage monitoring, and power electronics, and leads a multidisciplinary team of electronics engineers.

Responsibilities include: - Defining system architectures and hardware concepts for battery management electronics, high-voltage monitoring and protection, solid-state power controllers (SSPCs), and inverter interface electronics. - Overseeing schematic capture, PCB development, component selection, and verification for both low- and high-voltage electronics. - Establishing airborne electronics development processes aligned with aviation standards and certification requirements. - Coordinating cross-disciplinary integration with systems engineering, propulsion, battery, software, and mechanical teams to ensure seamless system integration. - Guiding development and validation of power electronics hardware, including protection circuits, switching devices, gate drivers, sensing systems, and control electronics. - Overseeing hardware prototyping, board bring-up, bench-level debugging, and rapid iteration from concept to flight-representative hardware. - Planning hardware verification activities including functional, environmental, and EMC testing. - Leading design reviews and ensuring reliability, safety, and certification compliance. - Collaborating on functiona
