Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and specification of medium-voltage and low-voltage power distribution systems in accordance with IEC/EN standards and European regulations.
• Own critical infrastructure such as MCCs, main distribution boards, UPS systems, and emergency generators with DIN/VDE compliance where applicable.
• Conduct technical load calculations, short-circuit studies, and selectivity analyses to ensure high availability and redundancy for European grid connections.
• Manage the engineering and integration of ELV systems (structured cabling, IT networks, security systems including access control and CCTV).
• Ensure interoperability and cybersecurity alignment for low-voltage and communications systems per European data protection and safety norms.
• Act as the technical lead for fire detection and alarm systems, in line with EN 54 and local fire directives.
• Manage the integration between fire alarm and fire suppression systems according to VdS or equivalent guidelines.
• Serve as the primary technical interface to local authorities (AHJs), notified bodies, and insurance auditors for electrical and life-safety approvals.
