We’re seeking a Concierge Team Lead to manage day-to-day operations and quality across our Concierge team, ensuring consistent, high-quality support across phone, chat, and email. This role focuses on operational oversight, coaching, quality assurance, and performance management. You will spend your time coaching, reviewing, and supporting Agents, stepping onto the frontline only for escalations. As Concierge Team Lead, you’ll partner with the Supervisor to monitor team performance, surface trends, and inform coaching conversations. You will oversee coverage across all support channels, ensure onboarding and training sets new Agents up for success, and connect regularly with Agents to reinforce quality standards.
