Senior Account Executive – On-site, Urbana, Illinois, United States

JX Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Senior Account Executive to build strong customer relationships, drive revenue, and own the end-to-end sales cycle within our dealership and service network. This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 per year plus competitive commissions.

What You’ll Do: - Collaborate with service, parts, and sales teams to increase market penetration and customer satisfaction. - Proactively reach out to customers, present practical solutions, and generate repeat business. - Develop trusted relationships with customers and colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience. - Analyze market strengths and weaknesses to stay ahead of industry trends. - Research and propose opportunities for sales growth within the dealership territory. - Own the full sales cycle and help execute 100-day account strategy plans. - Partner with leadership to continually deliver positive experiences and meet business goals. - Perform other duties as assigned.
