Hybrid Project Manager based in South San Francisco, United States, responsible for planning and management of contracted clinical projects. Acts as the primary contact between Novotech and clients and leads the execution of projects in accordance with ICH-GCP, local regulatory requirements, and project agreements to deliver on time and within budget. Responsibilities include feasibility assessment, defining scope, overseeing project plans and study tracking tools (CTMS, eTMF), vendor management, budgeting and revenue oversight, site selection and activation, patient recruitment, data management coordination, safety management coordination, and ensuring high-quality regulatory submissions. The role also involves risk management, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Minimum qualifications include a degree in clinical or life sciences and at least 5 years of clinical research experience with project management experience; CRO experience is advantageous.
