Pinterest is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for Agent Platforms in San Francisco, United States. This hybrid role leads the evolution of Pinterest's Agent Platform from MVP to a fully productized, self-serve solution, partnering with Engineering, Security, Data Science, and Product to make it simple, safe, and fast for teams to ship AI agents. You will own the Agent Platform roadmap across Foundations, Discovery & Governance, Quality/Trust/Privacy, Token Entitlements, and Adoption & Operations; translate strategic bets into sequenced execution plans; and ensure measurable outcomes such as Platform Adoption, Time-to-Value, and Developer NPS. You will define operating models, establish governance, and build transparent reporting to stakeholders including executive leadership. Mentoring others and institutionalizing best practices for AI platform program management are also key. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of TPM experience, deep understanding of modern AI/agent infrastructure, and a track record of delivering multi-year initiatives across multiple teams. This role requires in-person collaboration 1–2 times per quarter and is open to candidates located in the United States. Base salary range: $145,747—$300,067 USD, plus equity.
