The role develops and executes enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies, partnering with leaders to anticipate hiring needs, source talent, and lead full-cycle recruitment for positions ranging from hourly operations roles to executive and technical leadership. The ideal candidate combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruiting execution, builds proactive talent pipelines, and delivers an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. Responsibilities include providing consultative guidance on hiring strategy and labor market trends, leading full-cycle recruitment for exempt, non-exempt, technical, professional, manufacturing, leadership, and specialized roles, developing creative sourcing strategies, managing all stages of the process (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, negotiation, onboarding), analyzing recruiting metrics to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire, and collaborating with HR and business leaders to ensure onboarding success and long-term hiring results.
