MDL performs Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing with a broad menu of infectious disease assays. Our focus includes Gynecology, Infectious Diseases, Infectious Arthritis, Tick-borne Diseases, Mycology, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). We are expanding our sales force nationwide and seek a high-energy, self-motivated Entry Level Account Manager to manage a large client base and act as a liaison between management and customers to resolve issues. Responsibilities include growing client revenues by presenting new test information, up-selling, and identifying new revenue sources; establishing positive long-term client relationships; educating and training clients; coordinating solutions between the laboratory and clients; collaborating with the Senior Sales Executive and Regional Manager to identify client concerns and assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies; monitoring and reporting client satisfaction and recommending corrective actions. You will maintain knowledge of competitors and their presence in the assigned territory.
