We are seeking a dynamic Contract Recruiter for a three-month assignment at our Carrollton, Texas location, with the possibility to transition to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting candidates, posting jobs, screening resumes and applications, conducting interviews using reliable recruiting tools, assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes, maintaining HR recruiting best practices, building influential candidate relationships during the selection process, and promoting the company's brand. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Leader and Hiring Managers to anticipate hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline. Requirements: Full-time availability, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in-office at our Carrollton, Texas headquarters. Proven work experience as a Recruiter, strong full-cycle recruitment skills, ability to conduct different types of interviews, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Paylocity is a plus).
