You will utilize Salesforce and modern sales tools to organize your day and maximize impact. Compensation includes a base salary with uncapped sales bonuses, with on-target earnings of $75,000 (base $33,750 plus sales bonus) and total annual earnings typically ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 for high performers. New hires receive a $3,000 guaranteed bonus after 60 days. Travel within the assigned territory is reimbursed, and there are opportunities for advancement to roles such as Senior Outside Sales or Small Business Field Sales as the network grows. The role requires meeting residents at their homes to introduce GFiber’s award-winning internet services, and building a lead pipeline to ensure a great customer experience. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, ability to travel within neighborhoods, and fluency in English (Spanish is a plus in the San Antonio market).
