Wavestone is an international management and IT consulting firm. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) for a permanent contract in Puteaux, Île-de-France, France. As a recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for our consulting practices: sourcing, candidate outreach, assessment, shortlisting, and onboarding support in collaboration with Career Development Managers.

Responsibilities

Qualifications: What we offer:

Identify and attract top talent through proactive sourcing and direct outreach, targeting profiles that meet our recruitment needs.
Meet recruitment targets in both volume and quality, contributing to the team's success.
Develop expertise by leading or participating in cross-functional projects (sourcing, employer branding, campus management, attractiveness, processes, tools).
Ensure smooth integration of new hires, guiding them through the probation period and supporting their success.
Degree from a top business school or HR specialization, or a recognized Master’s in HR/Recruitment.
0–2 years of experience (internships, apprenticeships, or first recruitment roles welcome).
Strong results orientation, prioritization, and a collaborative mindset.
Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, autonomy, and ability to take initiative.
Fluency in French and English; comfortable working in a bilingual environment.
