Early Careers Recruiter is needed to establish and lead the early careers presence in Barcelona for a multinational enterprise software company. This is a six-month contract with the potential to become permanent. The role is hybrid in Barcelona and includes campus events. You will build and own university and campus partnerships across Barcelona, develop a strong pipeline of graduate talent for technology and engineering roles, and run end-to-end early careers recruitment from attraction through to offer and onboarding. You will act as the local point of contact, work closely with universities, candidates, and the business, and collaborate with the wider international recruitment team to ensure a coordinated hiring approach. Prior early careers or graduate recruitment experience is essential, and the ability to operate independently on the ground is important.
