Account Manager for SMEs responsible for building, developing, and activating a high-performing partner network that gives small and medium-sized businesses access to innovative payment, POS, and value-added solutions. Your objective is to collaborate with sales partners, resellers, merchants, associations, and other multipliers to generate sustainable growth and to acquire new customer segments. You will work at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and business development to create successful go-to-market strategies and new revenue opportunities in the SME segment.

About the role

Account Manager for SMEs responsible for building, developing, and activating a high-performing partner network that gives small and medium-sized businesses access to innovative payment, POS, and value-added solutions. Your objective is to collaborate with sales partners, resellers, merchants, associations, and other multipliers to generate sustainable growth and to acquire new customer segments. You will work at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and business development to create successful go-to-market strategies and new revenue opportunities in the SME segment.

Responsibilities

Strategic partner acquisition and network development: identify, recruit, and develop partners, resellers, merchants, associations, franchise networks, and other multipliers with access to SMEs.
Activate partners and drive success: develop joint sales strategies, conduct training, and support partners in placing payment and POS solutions with their customers.
Revenue accountability: build a sustainable partner pipeline, generate new business, and be responsible for defined revenue and growth targets in the SME segment.
Position solutions to meet needs: market the epay portfolio (acquiring, POS terminals, e-commerce, and value-added services) and develop tailored solutions for the requirements of mid-market companies.
Manage sales activities: plan and coordinate joint marketing and sales activities with partners and ensure strong market penetration in target segments.
Build and nurture relationships: establish long-term relationships with decision-makers, conduct regular busine
