We are seeking a Team Lead Integrated Electronics (d/w/m) to lead the Electrical Engineering and Embedded Systems teams in Sankt Ottilien, Bavaria, Germany, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site collaboration with home office options.

Your responsibilities: - Leadership and team management: direct disciplinary leadership and strategic development of Electrical Engineering and Embedded Systems; coaching and supporting team members and leaders in professional and personal growth; build a scalable team structure aligned with company growth. - Project management and reporting: systematically define all electronics innovations, develop a clear roadmap aligned with strategic goals; monitor progress with standardized status reports to C-level and central project management; prioritize resources and work packages across both areas. - Process and quality management: establish efficient development processes, quality standards, verification methods; stakeholder management with external development partners and contract manufacturers, coordinating co-development projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and knowledge transfer; planning and executing statistically sound experiments (DoE) to back design and process decisions; perform root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions; standardize documentation and interface
