Role overview: - Monitor and maintain data pipelines powering our data science workflows. - Ensure production schedules and SLA commitments are met. - Identify potential production issues and proactively resolve them. - Communicate delays or issues to stakeholders and customers. - Maintain accurate records of production activities, including schedules, bugs, and project status. - Coordinate with Data, DE, and Product teams to ensure timely task completion. - Provide frontline support to end-users experiencing issues with the Fetcherr platform. - Troubleshoot problems and deliver effective solutions to maintain optimal user experiences. - Collaborate with R&D and product management to resolve customer issues.
