Responsibilities - Design, configure and maintain Maestro connectors and workflows to support infrastructure automation processes. - Provide Level 1 support for the TrueSight Server Automation (BMC BladeLogic) platform, including agent management and TOC-related activities. - Implement and maintain server infrastructure automation solutions. - Support users in resolving technical issues related to automation and infrastructure services. - Analyze recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. - Create, maintain and update operational documentation and technical procedures. - Ensure the proper functioning and reliability of automation tools and infrastructure platforms. - Collaborate with internal teams to support infrastructure operations and automation initiatives.
Qualifications Must Have - Senior-level experience in infrastructure automation and support. - Hands-on experience with Maestro (connectors and workflows). - Experience with TrueSight Server Automation (BMC BladeLogic) (N1 support, agents, TOC). - Knowledge of server infrastructure automation. - Experience in user support and continuous improvement initiatives. - Ability to create and maintain operational documentation. - Strong troubleshooting and probl
