Alice is seeking an experienced GenAI Safety Team Lead to oversee research and delivery efforts focused on identifying and mitigating risks in Generative AI systems. You will lead a multidisciplinary red team conducting adversarial testing, risk evaluations, and data-driven analyses to strengthen AI model safety and integrity. The role combines hands-on red-teaming expertise with operational leadership, strategic thinking, and client-facing collaboration.

Key responsibilities: - Operational and Quality Leadership: oversee production of datasets, reports, and analyses related to AI safety and red teaming; review and approve deliverables to ensure quality and ethical standards; deliver final outputs to clients with actionable insights; provide ongoing structured feedback to improve deliverables and team workflows. - Methodology and Research Development: design and refine red-teaming methodologies for Responsible AI projects; guide adversarial testing strategies across text, image, and multimodal systems; support research to identify and mitigate emerging risks in Generative AI. - Client Engagement and Collaboration: attend client meetings to address methodological or operational questions; represent the red teaming function in cross-department collaboration with other ActiveFence teams.

Requirements

Proven background in red teaming, AI safety research, or Responsible AI operations.
Experience managing complex projects and teams in technical or analytical environments; 3–5 years.
Strong understanding of adver
