Job Title: Senior Production Support Engineer
Job Overview: The Senior Production Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of production applications. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform regular maintenance, and collaborate with development teams to improve application performance, reliability, and stability.
Job Accountabilities: - Monitor and maintain the health of production applications - Identify and troubleshoot application issues and incidents - Perform regular maintenance tasks, including patching and updates - Collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance - Document and track incident resolutions and improvements - Participate in on-shift rotation for after-hours support - Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support - Ensure proper and detailed analysis/troubleshooting for each incident or request
Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field - Experience in application support and IT operations - Proficiency with monitoring tools, scripting, and automation - Strong analytical and troubles
