Position: Nursing Facility Quality Improvement Program Manager

Overview: The Office of Reimbursement, Coordinated Care and Audit seeks a Health Program Manager II to develop, manage, and coordinate long-term care quality incentive programs, address moratorium and bed transfer issues, ensure contractual compliance, and oversee the Upper Payment Limit quality improvement program for nursing facilities. The manager will review, maintain, and update the Utah State Plan and Utah Administrative Rules for assigned programs; plan and allocate resources to ensure Department policies and state and federal statutes are fully compliant and consistent; provide expert consultation to public and private health care providers; and collaborate with other state and county agencies, programs, providers, and community-based organizations.
