Forj Medical is seeking a Program Manager II – Transfers to lead cross-functional project teams and drive planning and execution of production line transfers, site transfers, and related manufacturing transition activities, including transfers to locations outside the United States. The Program Manager will remain accountable for on-time, on-budget program execution and will coordinate with engineering, production, quality, regulatory, supply chain, facilities, IT, HR, Finance, and leadership. Responsibilities include leading transfer programs, developing and maintaining program plans, tracking milestones and budgets, coordinating schedule adherence, managing scope changes, and ensuring production ramp readiness and post-transfer stabilization. The role also involves coordinating cross-site and international transfer activities across time zones, identifying risks, and pursuing continual process improvements. Qualifications include a BS or MS in a technical field; PMP certification is a plus; 5–10 years of project/program management experience; experience leading production line transfers or site transfers, including international moves; strong stakeholder management; proficiency in MS Project/Planner; knowledge of FDA, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485; ability to work in a matrix organization; must be authorized to work in the United States. This is a full-time on-site position based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States.
