Your role will involve proactively generating group-ticket revenue across all Player 15 Group properties through outbound sales activities, including phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations. You will consistently exceed sales goals, create tailored group experiences for leaders, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and maintain a robust pipeline using our CRM. You will manage the planning, communication, and execution of group outings, attend games and events to host clients, and support department-wide initiatives to improve group-ticketing strategy. You will collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure excellent service and upsell opportunities. Required: 1–3 years of sales experience (outbound, B2B, fundraising, hospitality, or related), a self-driven, commission- or metrics-based mindset, and the ability to build long-term relationships. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Availability for non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
