About the Role As a Customer Success Manager, you are the primary architect of our customers' success. This is a high-visibility role where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring CyberVadis becomes an indispensable part of their security strategy. You will own the entire post-sales relationship—from strategic onboarding and program expansion to commercial renewals.

Your Mission - Strategic Consulting & Program Maturity: Guide customers in implementing and maturing TPCRM (Third-Party Cyber Risk Management) programs throughout their lifecycle and partner with them to integrate CyberVadis into internal processes and toolsets. - Relationship Orchestration & Advocacy: Build and maintain relationships with Project Managers, Decision Makers, and Executive Sponsors; serve as the main point of contact for proactive strategic support and project management resources; turn customers into brand ambassadors through value delivery. - Portfolio Growth & Commercial Ownership: Develop and maintain detailed Account Plans and Customer Program Plans; lead contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities. - Data-Driven Excellence & Operations: Monitor operational KPIs, forecasts, delivery, and account health to demonstrate ROI. - Internal Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Liaise with Sales, Product, and Operations to influence roadmap and service delivery; contribute to a positive team culture.
