Our team consists of around 60 colleagues in premium skincare—engaged, supportive and passionate about delivering high-quality products. Our modern office is on Kantstraße in Berlin, with the option to work remotely two days per week.

Strategic Product Management & Governance End-to-End product responsibility: strategic and operational management of the product portfolio from the initial idea through formulation and packaging to launch. Close alignment with the management: translating visionary impulses into structured, reliable product roadmaps and milestones. Process & priority management: interface management between management, product team and marketing; ensuring accountability in decisions. People leadership: direct leadership of the product team.
2. Supply Chain & Operations Oversight Forecasting & inventory planning: responsibility for demand planning and sales forecasting to avoid stock-outs. Risk & firefighting management: early identification of bottlenecks and risks in the skincare supply chain and skillful resolution of cross-functional issues. Capacity & resource management: stepp
