Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager II for Network Deployment Optimization within Cloud Networking. This on-site role leads complex, multi-disciplinary programs from initiation to delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate program status to executives and engineers. The AI and Infrastructure team powers scalable infrastructure for Google Cloud and billions of users worldwide, including data center operations, network engineering, and software/hardware teams. You will focus on network deployment optimization across data center environments, working with cross-functional groups to ensure deployments meet performance, reliability, and security targets. Responsibilities include: collaborating with team members and stakeholders to understand defined work issues and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact; prioritizing program goals and translating stakeholder needs into deliverables with minimal guidance; defining the scope of projects and developing, executing, and managing project plans; reviewing key metrics, monitoring deviations, and defining corrective actions; identifying, communicating, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to drive impact and alignment. This on-site opportunity is based in the United States with offices in Thornton, CO; Atlanta, GA; Addison, TX; and Austin, TX.
