In this senior role, you will be part of our HR team and assume responsibility for second-level HR support on-site in Augsburg, Germany. Our global HR Shared Service, HR Direct in India, serves as the first point of contact for employees and managers in Germany. You will handle escalated topics, particularly labor-law issues, contracts, terminations, and BEM processes. You will work closely with the Head of HR & Administration and international HR colleagues to contribute to the quality and development of our HR processes.
