Radius is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Telematics to actively win new customers and build long-term partnerships. Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Active outbound prospecting: contacting potential business customers to identify new business opportunities.
Lead qualification: assessing potential customers based on need, interest and decision authority.
Initial contact & appointment setting: scheduling qualified meetings for our sales team with decision-makers.
Customer conversations: identifying needs and presenting our solutions to generate interest.
Data maintenance & follow-up: documenting leads and customer interactions in the CRM to enable follow-up actions.
Collaboration with the sales team: close alignment with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Ongoing learning: participation in sales trainings to optimize selling techniques and product knowledge.
First experience in cold calling, telesales or as an SDR is an advantage, but motivated career changers are welcome.
Strong communication skills and persuasiveness on the phone.
Enjoy interacting with customers and ability to build relationships
