Since then, we have expanded to 30 locations across Europe, including Paris, and we are growing our team in France. We are currently seeking a full-time People Operations professional in Paris to join our Human Resources team. Responsibilities

Who you are:

Recruitment & Selection: act as the first point of contact for recruitment for Barista and HQ roles; draft job descriptions; publish postings; screen CVs; manage communications with candidates; schedule and manage interviews with City Managers.
Onboarding: coordinate onboarding of new hires; organize training with City Managers; handle administrative setup.
Payroll Management: calculate bonuses, reimbursements, leave, and night shift allowances; prepare monthly payroll reports; handle payroll-related queries.
Offboarding: manage resignations and terminations; ensure legal compliance; conduct exit interviews.
Shift Scheduling: assign barista shifts; publish schedules; handle updates and replacements.
HR Administration & Compliance: maintain HRIS (Factorial); manage contracts, probation tracking, vacation and leave policies; provide HR metrics; ensure compliance with labor laws; mediate workplace conflicts.
Others: support process improvements and daily HR operations.
