As a People Operations Associate, you’ll bring precision and a service mindset to onboarding, payroll changes, contracts, and benefits administration, serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries. About the role

The People team owns the end-to-end employee experience at Qogita, from hiring through offboarding, and partners with every function to design processes that help a fast-growing team scale smoothly. As a People Operations Associate, you’ll bring precision and a service mindset to onboarding, payroll changes, contracts, and benefits administration, serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries. You will collaborate across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Systems to maintain a smooth employee experience.

Responsibilities

Execute contracts, pre-boarding, and onboarding for each new hire, ensuring a smooth start from offer to first day.
Coordinate payroll changes and administer benefits, keeping accurate records in the HRIS throughout the employee lifecycle.
Manage the People inbox, resolve HR queries, and escalate complex matters or system issues to the appropriate team.
Own equipment operations, coordinating requests, ordering, tracking, and maintaining records for new joiners, current staff, and leavers.
Maintain help articles, FAQs, and internal communications so employees can self-serve accurate information.
Serve as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and leadership, providing timely guidance on people processes.
Run office operations, including premises liaison, supplies, visitor coordination, and health & safety administration.
Support ad hoc office-related requests to keep the Amsterdam office running smoothly.
