Aambience Services is seeking an Information Security and Business Continuity Officer to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). The successful candidate will ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards, drive risk management initiatives, coordinate internal and external audits, and strengthen the organization's security and operational resilience. This role requires cross-functional collaboration to promote a culture of security awareness and business continuity across all levels of the organization. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining information security and business continuity policies and procedures aligned with ISO 27001 and ISO 22301; leading end-to-end certification and ongoing compliance for ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 as the primary liaison with external auditors; performing risk assessments, Business Impact Analyses (BIA), Disaster Recovery testing, and establishing Third-Party Risk Management; defining KPIs, reporting security metrics to Top Management, and translating technical risks into actionable insights; developing organization-wide training on security, privacy, and resilience; ensuring GDPR and other regulatory requirements are met. Requirements include 5+ years of information security experience or CISO-level responsibilities; hands-on ISO 27001/22301 certification experience; deep knowledge of ISO 27001/27018/27701 and GDPR; familiarity with incident management, vulnerability assessment
