We are seeking a Principal Python Engineer to lead the development and operation of Python backends for LLM-backed agent applications, including our Agentic AI platform. You will provide technical direction to a team of engineers, define engineering standards, review architectural decisions, and support delivery of scalable, reliable, and production-ready software. You will improve customer experience by stabilizing and enhancing existing solutions, including visualization, automated validations, function calling, agent actions, observability, and quality assurance. You will translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions and drive collaboration with the business, contributing to customer workshops, meetings, and technical discussions. You will lead architecture discussions, code reviews, and pair programming, identify automation opportunities for Agentic AI and data science, and actively mentor engineers to promote software engineering best practices.
