Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team is seeking a Junior Production Project Manager to support Production Project Managers in the technical management and coordination of Formula 1 car parts production. This on-site position is located in Faenza, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. Responsibilities include providing technical support across main projects, creating and maintaining documentation (technical procedures and ERP routing), generating technical reports, and escalating issues to management as needed. You will collaborate with the Design Office and other stakeholders (Quality, PMO, Car Eng., etc.) to identify manufacturability improvements and feasible production solutions. You will work with Production and Planning departments to optimize lead times and quality, and help manage non-conformities or faults raised during track events. The role emphasizes teamwork, proactive learning, and a positive team culture. Qualifications include a Master or Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent); experience in a similar role within motorsport preferred; strong knowledge of carbon prepreg processes; English fluency (Italian preferred); strong MS Office skills; excellent time management, communication, and project management abilities; and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Travel is 0-10%. This position is permanent.
