MUFG Investor Services is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant for its Limassol, Cyprus office (on-site). The role involves accurately processing transactions in the accounting system and understanding their impact on the fund NAV; preparing Net Asset Value packages and related schedules for review by senior team members; assisting in the audit process and preparing financial statements or reviewing those prepared by others; ensuring all deliverables and client queries are met in accordance with the SLA; enforcing operational controls in line with SOC1 and completing relevant checklists; maintaining efficiency and a high level of client service; offering suggestions to senior staff to improve procedures and the client experience; ensuring fees are billed on time and collected promptly; and performing any other ad-hoc tasks as required. Qualifications: Post-secondary education with a concentration in finance or accounting. A professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA, ACCA, ICAEW, CFA or equivalent) is an asset but not required. Demonstrable experience in the fund administration industry; experience with other administrators, investment managers or fund auditors is preferred.
