Penetration Tester. Uni Systems is seeking a Penetration Tester to join the UniQue team in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium. The role involves leading and/or participating in Red/Blue Team activities during NATO exercises, performing penetration testing of web applications, IT infrastructure and networks, and providing security design reviews to ensure compliance with NATO policies. You will also offer security consultancy and guidance to projects, build effective communications with stakeholders such as the NCIA Configuration Control Board, Security Accreditation Boards, NATO Security Accreditation Authorities, and NCI Agency units supporting accreditation processes, and present testing outcomes at executive and technical levels. The candidate will coordinate with the Head of the Penetration Testing Cell to ensure proactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements include: at least 3 years of experience in penetration testing of web apps and IT infrastructure; 3+ years in assessing vulnerabilities across OS, software, protocols and networks; knowledge of UNIX and Windows administration; experience with standard testing tools and methodologies; scripting skills (Perl, Python, Ruby, or shell); strong knowledge of security concepts including cryptography, authentication, and malware protection; ability to evaluate risks and propose mitigations; proven ability to write clear technical reports; and advanced English (C1).
