We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our London-based hybrid team to deliver end-to-end product experiences for web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, QA, and CX specialists to solve real problems for learners and partner institutions. You will own end-to-end design execution, conduct user research and validation, and contribute to a proactive design practice. You will also collaborate on design system integration, handovers, and documentation to ensure smooth development cycles. You will participate in design critiques and advocate for high-quality visual and interaction design across all touchpoints. Requirements: 5+ years of digital product design experience shipping web and mobile applications (SaaS, edtech, or consumer subscription experience is a plus). A strong portfolio showing end-to-end design process from discovery to handover. Mastery of design tools such as Figma and prototyping. Hands-on experience with design systems and building features using standardized component libraries. Ability to use quantitative data and qualitative user insights to justify design choices. Experience working in Agile cross-functional squads. Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale to team members and stakeholders.
