New Horizons In-Home Care is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our growing healthcare organization. This on-site, full-time role will recruit and hire caregivers, direct support professionals (DSPs), and other healthcare staff who help seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safely in their homes. Compensation is $25-28/hour depending on experience. The position is based in Eugene, Oregon and supports multiple sites, with occasional travel within Oregon and Washington. Key responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring), conducting phone screens for caregiver and healthcare positions, partnering with site leaders and hiring managers to meet staffing needs, posting and managing jobs on Indeed and other recruiting platforms, supporting new hire onboarding and orientation coordination, and helping improve recruiting processes and workflows. Qualifications include 2–4 years of professional experience in recruiting, HR, operations, customer service, or similar people-focused roles; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; and a willingness to learn new HR/recruiting systems. HR or recruiting experience is helpful but not required; candidates with strong people skills and critical thinking ability are encouraged to apply.
