Program Manager, Overnight at The Village is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Los Angeles, overseeing overnight operations and supervising frontline staff to ensure quality care and compliance with funding and contractual requirements. The successful candidate will work with an interdisciplinary team to support individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and substance use disorders, provide crisis intervention when needed, and coordinate with the Director and program leadership on site safety, data quality, and program performance. Responsibilities include scheduling staff coverage, managing client grievances, documenting in required databases, preparing reports for funders, conducting weekly supervision of direct reports, and participating in case conferencing to reduce barriers to housing. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, at least two years of case management experience with the homeless population, a valid California driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and database systems. Preferred qualifications include at least two years of leadership/management experience in an Interim Housing setting and a Master’s degree in a mental health field. The role requires evening and weekend availability, on-call duties, and a trauma-informed approach in a fast-paced environment on Skid Row, Los Angeles.
