We are seeking a People Operations Partner to join our People Operations team. In this hybrid role based in Riga, Latvia, you will support our global employees with onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits, ensuring these processes are completed accurately and on time with exceptional customer service. You will report to the People Operations Manager based in London and will handle day-to-day activities within the People Operations team, while exploring process improvements and automation. You’ll coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers, manage employee queries, and contribute to global mobility initiatives where required. What we’re looking for: previous knowledge and experience in HR Operations, Generalist or Specialist roles; a strong focus on accuracy; a track record of driving process improvements; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and customer service skills; the ability to work independently and ensure data accuracy in systems; global mobility experience is a plus.
