The Quality Group (TQG), known for ESN and More, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on the operations area to lead blue-collar hiring. You will own the full recruitment cycle for all blue-collar positions, particularly in production, logistics, and related areas, identifying, engaging, and securing candidates who enable our products from manufacturing to delivery. This position is based at Elmshorn or Kaltenkirchen in Germany. For teamwork, you typically come on-site 1–2 days per week and can work flexibly from home or at our Hamburg-Ottensen headquarters on other days. The role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with potential for extension. Your mission includes end-to-end management of open positions; developing creative ways to attract talent across all levels in logistics and production; close collaboration with Hiring Managers; contributing to TA projects and employer branding; and maintaining structured, compliant recruiting processes. You should bring several years of recruiting experience in a dynamic corporate environment or in personnel services, preferably with exposure to production and logistics recruiting; excellent German and English language skills; and a hands-on, collaborative approach.
