Project Manager II is sought to support K-12 educational facility programs and capital improvement projects in San Francisco, California. This role will lead the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of school construction and modernization programs for public-sector clients. The ideal candidate will manage multiple concurrent projects, collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups, and oversee project delivery from planning through construction closeout. The position offers the chance to work on meaningful projects that impact students, educators, and communities. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience; preferred candidates have 4+ years of experience in K-12 construction or public-sector programs and professional certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), Registered Architect (RA), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or similar. Strong understanding of design management, construction delivery methods, project controls, budgeting, and schedule management is desired. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position. On-site work in San Francisco, CA is required as part of a Day 1 onboarding and ongoing responsibilities.
