Tango is a leading live-streaming platform with over 450 million registered users. We are seeking a VIP Account Manager to join our Warsaw-based team. This hybrid role combines relationship management with a data-driven approach to delivering a personalized experience for Tango’s VIP users.

Responsibilities

Manage daily relationships and provide support to VIP users.
Monitor VIP activity and engagement on a daily basis.
Build personal relationships and tailor experiences for VIP clients.
Gather feedback and propose improvements to the customer experience.
Collaborate across marketing, monetization, features, and product teams.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, customer support, or VIP account management, ideally from B2C companies.
