The role leads end-to-end development for new and engineered-to-order thermal management products, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, manufacturing engineering, operations, procurement, quality, order fulfillment, logistics, service, marketing and sales to ensure successful project delivery from inception to product launch. The Project Manager is accountable for project scope, schedule and budget, and will drive initiatives to optimize product cost and time to market. The position involves working across multiple manufacturing plants in Europe and travel up to 20% (primarily within Europe). Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's preferred), at least 3 years of project/program management experience, PMP certification preferred, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and experience in HVAC is a plus. The role has no direct reports but may manage project teams indirectly, and requires strong communication and leadership to align stakeholders at all levels. This is an on-site role based in Piove di Sacco, Italy. Salary range: €48,000 to €60,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
