Director of Finance & Controller: Great Lakes Restoration Group (SERVPRO Team Miller) is seeking a highly analytical, operationally minded finance leader to oversee accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and performance reporting for a rapidly growing, multi-location restoration business. The Director of Finance & Controller will lead all accounting and FP&A activities, partnering closely with the CEO and executive team to improve decision making, strengthen financial discipline, and build scalable processes capable of supporting organic growth and acquisitions. This role is designed for a hands-on leader who combines strong accounting fundamentals with business acumen and has the potential to grow into a future Chief Financial Officer position.

Director of Finance & Controller: Great Lakes Restoration Group (SERVPRO Team Miller) is seeking a highly analytical, operationally minded finance leader to oversee accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and performance reporting for a rapidly growing, multi-location restoration business. The Director of Finance & Controller will lead all accounting and FP&A activities, partnering closely with the CEO and executive team to improve decision making, strengthen financial discipline, and build scalable processes capable of supporting organic growth and acquisitions. This role is designed for a hands-on leader who combines strong accounting fundamentals with business acumen and has the potential to grow into a future Chief Financial Officer position.

Responsibilities include owning all accounting operations (A/P, A/R, payroll support, general ledger maintenance, month-end close), preparing consolidated financial statements and monthly P&L, leading annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, developing financial models and KPIs, managing marketing financial reporting (CAC and ROI), overseeing weekly cash forecasting and working capital, partnering with operational leaders to identify risks and opportunities, leading and developing the finance team, supporting due diligence for acquisitions, and serving as a strategic partner to the CEO, leadership team, lenders, and owners.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred), 7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance leadership, experience in multi-locat
