We are an award-winning organisation focused on building engaging games and a great company culture. We are looking for a smart, driven User Acquisition Manager to grow our rewarded user acquisition business across multiple Tripledot Games. You will manage a portfolio of rewarded channels, identify strong channel-and-game opportunities, and scale campaigns through experimentation and optimization. Working with senior growth leaders and cross-functional teams, you will combine data, creative thinking and commercial judgment to drive sustainable player growth.

We are looking for a smart, driven User Acquisition Manager to grow our rewarded user acquisition business across multiple Tripledot Games. You will manage a portfolio of rewarded channels, identify strong channel-and-game opportunities, and scale campaigns through experimentation and optimization. Working with senior growth leaders and cross-functional teams, you will combine data, creative thinking and commercial judgment to drive sustainable player growth.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow a portfolio of rewarded user acquisition channels across multiple Tripledot Games - Launch, monitor and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across rewarded partners and other key acquisition channels - Own campaign performance, budget allocation, ROI and spend optimization across your portfolio - Analyze campaign performance and player acquisition data, turning insights into clear optimization decisions - Scale successful channel-and-game combinations while refining the portfolio based on performance - Partner with Product Managers, Analytics, BI and UA Leads to define experiments, evaluate results and support growth priorities - Collaborate with designers to develop, test and iterate on creative concepts that improve campaign performance - Use BI, measurement and AI tools to improve analysis, execution and decision-making - Work with cross-functional teams to unc
