We’re looking for a smart, driven User Acquisition Manager based in Barcelona, hybrid, to grow our rewarded user acquisition across multiple Tripledot games. You will manage a portfolio of rewarded channels, identify strong channel-and-game opportunities, and scale campaigns through continuous experimentation and optimisation. Working with senior growth leaders and cross-functional teams, you will combine data, creative thinking and commercial judgment to drive sustainable player growth. Responsibilities include managing and growing a portfolio of rewarded UA channels, launching and optimizing paid campaigns, owning ROI and spend, analysing performance data, refining the portfolio, and collaborating with Product, Analytics, BI and UA Leads to run experiments and prioritise growth. You will partner with designers to develop creative concepts, use BI, measurement and AI tools to improve analysis and decision-making, and communicate performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders. You will drive expansion of the team's capabilities and discover new rewarded acquisition opportunities. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of UA or growth marketing experience, preferably in mobile gaming, with hands-on experience with rewarded channels and MM
