Tripledot Studios, one of the world’s largest independent mobile games companies, is looking for a smart, driven User Acquisition Manager to expand our rewarded user acquisition programs across multiple games. Based in Minsk, Belarus, this hybrid role combines hands-on campaign management with collaboration across Product, Analytics, BI, Design, and Growth teams.

Role overview: - Manage and grow a portfolio of rewarded user acquisition channels across Tripledot Games. - Launch, monitor and optimize paid campaigns across rewarded partners and other key channels. - Own campaign performance, budgets, ROI and spend optimization. - Analyze campaign data to drive optimization decisions. - Scale successful channel-game combinations and refine the portfolio based on performance. - Partner with Product Managers, Analytics, BI and UA Leads to define experiments and evaluate results. - Collaborate with designers to develop and test creative concepts. - Leverage BI, measurement and AI tools to improve analysis and decision-making. - Work with cross-functional teams to uncover new growth opportunities through experimentation. - Communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders. - Take initiative to expand the team's capabilities and identify new rewarded acquisition opportunities.
