You will collaborate with your team to brainstorm ways to attract great people, use marketing skills to promote postings and engage with the community, conduct interviews, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates to support order fulfillment. You will perform candidate screening, drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verification to get hires ready for work. Requirements include 3+ years of recruiting and staffing experience, the ability to manage 40+ customers daily, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to assess, delegate, and follow up on customer orders and internal requests.
