You’ll have opportunities to meet colleagues in person. This is a hybrid role; we expect you to visit our office in Warsaw four days a week. What you’ll work with: TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS; MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ; AWS and microservices; lots of integrations; a mix of greenfield and legacy systems. What you’ll do: Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance backend services; work within a microservices architecture, handling both maintenance and greenfield projects; optimize, maintain, and improve existing systems while building new features; take ownership from concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance; collaborate with PMs, QAs, and other developers to deliver the best experience for users. What we’re looking for: A proven track record in software engineering with impactful contributions; strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, efficient code; proficiency in system design and making architectural decisions; a proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing startup; confident English for communicating complex technical concepts; team player who can discuss tough problems respectfully; critical thinking and the ability to ask hard question
