Responsibilities

• Own the full software development lifecycle from ideation and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term technical strategy and platform evolution.
• Help advance our approach to agentic software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data teams, fellow engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor colleagues through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements

• Curiosity about how AI changes the Software Development Lifecycle; actively experimenting with it.
• 7+ years of experience building production-grade backend applications.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Practical experience building distributed systems.
• Hands-on with large-scale production databases (PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB).
• Strong data modeling, indexing, query optimization, and database performance tuning skills.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and/or serverless architectures.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, clean code, and design patt
